A hardwood alternative is available in Ironbark and Spotted Gum.
We provide recycled locally salvaged Cypress that is milled and mortised for each order

At The Wood Project, it’s our mission to salvage local Cypress Macrocarpa and reduce wastage and harm to the environment. Cypress Macrocarpa is a long lasting, high quality softwood that’s highly resistant to insects and borer attacks. Our Cypress is rated class three inground, which means a 50x50mm stake will last between 5 and 15 years. Due to this, we provide larger, stronger posts that start at 150x150mm in size.
As an alternative to Cypress, we also offer Ironbark & Spotted Gum - both premium hardwoods. These durable timbers can stand the test of time and are competitively priced, both are excellent farm fencing options.

How your Post and Rail fence kit will look on delivery
Our current farm fencing processing time is a minimum of six weeks from the date of deposit and will be milled to order and ready to be picked up or delivered within Victoria. Local crane truck delivery starts at $250, with interstate deliveries quoted according to state and postcode.
